Snapcenter connection to Netapp not possible after IP changeover

Issue

After having modified the IP address of one of the Storage Systems hosting volumes for disks which are managed by Snapcenter plug-in hosts, the backups fail with the below error message:

Failed to retrieve snapshot metadata for snapshot server1_rg1_02-23-2024_20.30.01.0000_1 in storage system svm1.domain.local : Error: Snapshot enumeration failed.

Failed on storage: svm1.domain.local. The object reference was not set to an object instance.
