SnapCenter GUI will not load due to site bindings

Issue

When launching SnapCenter GUI will not load. Message will change depending on browser:

  • In Chrome, "This site can't be reached" 
  • In Firefox, "Unable to connect"
  • In Internet Explorer, "This page can't be displayed"
