SnapCenter virtual disk discovery failure - VM not found

Issue
- SCW discovery jobs for a host using VMware virtual disks (VMDK) fail after the virtual machine (VM) is migrated to a different VMware vCenter Server.
- The respective vmcontrol.log for the SCW discovery shows that the VM and datastores cannot be found:
