SnapCenter Server (SC)

Issue

  • After restoring SnapCenter from an NSM repository backup, the version and build number are missing from the SnapCenter GUI.
  • Even with the SC plug-in hosts on the same version as the SC server, the status of the hosts is Upgrade Mandatory, which results in backups not running.
  • The following error can be seen in the SnapManagerWeb.log on the SC server:

An error occurred while opening CF document - Could not find a part of the path '<Custom_Repository_Path>\cf.xml'.
ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[9204] TID=[29] Unable to find the SnapCenter plug-in packages.
