SnapCenter unable to add SCV host, fails with "Bad Request"

Issue

  • SCV Host registration in SnapCenter fails with an error "Error: Unable to connect to SnapCenter Server : Bad Request" .
  • As a part of registration process, Login request sent from SCV to SnapCenter server over port 8146 . does not reach IIS on SnapCenter Server
