Issue

Upgrade for SnapCenter Plug-in is failing:
 
ERROR SnapManagerWeb_11445 PID=[8496] TID=[150] Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it <IP_Address>:8145
 
The installer log shows the following error:
ERROR : Outgoing Network LAN Manager (NTLM) traffic option is disabled.
Enable the NTLM traffic from local security policy settings to validate the credentials and proceed with installation.
