Issue

Error message:

Failed on '<SnapCenter Server's Hostname>':
Activity 'Discovering Oracle Database Files' failed with error: Discovery failed forobject <Main Database Name> with error
PL-SCO-20006: Discovery of database files failed for database <Main Database Name> on host <Linux Database Host> with error
PL-SCO-21007: Operation is not supported when pluggable databases are in OPEN RESTRICTED mode.
