SnapCenter fails to attach label to snapshots with ONTAP 9.14.x

Issue

After adding a new ONTAP 9.14.1 cluster, SnapCenter fails to attach labels to snapshots created during backups.
 
The following error can be seen in the SMCore_<JobID>.log:
 
ERROR SMCore_<JobID> PID=[xxxx] TID=[xx] ReplicationActivity - Set label for Storage : <SVM_Name>, Volume : <Volume_Name>, Snapshot : <Snapshot_Name>, Label : <Label_Name> failed with error SetSnapshotLabel failed : 102, Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<Snapshot_Name>)
Invalid response returned by Set-NcSnapshot: 0
 
ERROR SMCore_<JobID> PID=[xxxx] TID=[xx] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (SetSnapshotLabel failed : 102, Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<Snapshot_Name>)
Invalid response returned by Set-NcSnapshot: 0
 
[500]: The snapshot name does not exist
. Unable to find Snapshot version UUID with error: Error: Snapshot enumeration failed.
 [500]: The snapshot name does not exist
. Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.Unable to find SnapVault destination for the source volume(s) <Source_SVM> : <Source_Volume1>, <Source_SVM> : <Source_Volume2>. SetSnapshotLabel failed : 102, Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<Snapshot_Name>)
