Issue

SCV does not delete snapshots according to retention settings. Get error:

[DBG] Remove Snapshot <snapshot_name> on <svm_name> is failed. Error: 1200
[INF] request.SnaplockExpiryTime.HasValue: True... Checking IsSnapshotLockedError
[INF] Encountered error in removing snapshots on Ontap end: <svm_name>  -Volume <volume_name>, -Snapshot <snapshot_name> Error: Remove Snapshot '<snapshot_name>' failed on volume '<volume_name>'. Failed to delete snapshot "<snapshot_name>" of volume "<volume_name>" on Vserver "<svm_name>. Reason: Illegal operation on snapshot locked by SnapLock.
