SnapCenter does not finish to load Storage Systems after changing cluster password

Applies to

  • SnapCenter Server 4.3 and earlier
  • Password of the cluster administrator had been changed in Modify Storage System page

Issue

  • Storage Systems page in SnapCenter GUI keeps showing "Updating information..."

  • SnapManagerWeb.log shows the exception System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
