SnapCenter SQL Backup is not snapshotting the snapinfo LUN setup for SQL Backups

Issue

Customer has setup LUNs for system databases and logs, and user databases and logs, and a snapinfo LUN for the instance.
All have mountpoints on the host, or when using a Failover Cluster, using MSCS shared-disk setup between all nodes, or identical distribution on all nodes for AG setup.
 
However, the Backups are not generating Snapshots on the snapinfo LUN.
