Issue

After installing or upgrading the Plug-ins on the SQL Cluster nodes, the backup setup for the SQL instance fails with:
Exception in method: Execute.
System.Exception: Unable to find any plugins on host
at SnapManager.SMSDAL.BackupHelper.LoadHostPluginInfo(SmRequest request, Boolean ensurePluginConfigurationLoaded)
at SnapManager.SMSCore.Backup.PrepareBackupRequestsActivity.GetClusterResourcesOwner(List`1 backupRequests, SmPluginCode pluginCode)
