Issue

  • After upgrading SnapCenter Server from version 4.9 -> 5.0 -> 6.1, sttempts to upgrade SnapCenter plug-ins on backup target host ( Windows, Exchange, SQL) fail.
  • SnapCenter GUI: Plug-in status shows "Upgrade Mandatory"
  • Plug-in upgrade jobs faile with errors in the job logs such as: The installation failed. Please check the installation log for details
