Issue

During the backup the Quiesce fails, and a Windows Application Event (Error) is generated on the SnapCenter Server with the following information:

Event-ID: 530
Message: Error creating Snapshot copy on: nas0209,nas0210.
Snapshot Name: <RESOURCE-GROUP>_<HOSTNAME>_<DATE>_<TIME>
Error code : SDAPI_SNAP_CREATE_FAILED
Backup failed on volumes '<VOL1>,<VOL2>,...' on SVM '<VSERVER-NAME>'

Consistency Group creation failed. Details: Failed to save the consistency group. Error:  Connection timed out
Failed to save the consistency group. Error:  Connection timed out
