SnapCenter DB2 custom plugin deployment fails with message 'Error in invoking SCC RestEndpoint configureService'

Issue

After adding the Linux host, attempt to deploy DB2 custom plugin fails.

SnapCenter GUI shows the host's 'Overall Status' as Services Stopped.
