Services have stopped on the SCSQL host

Issue

  • Service Stopped status for host SQL03 in the SC Hosts view.
  • Refresh host for the SCSQL host failed with error:

  • Get "Page cant be displayed" in a browser when try connecting to https://<Host_FQDN>:8145/SMCoreHostManagementService/ConfigureService from the SC server host.
  • A repair of the plug-in package on the host fails to resolve the issue.
  • There are no network issues and port 8145 is open bidirectionally.
