SC operations fail due to SVM timeout

Issue

A SnapCenter plugin operation, such as backup or clone, fails with the error in the <installation_path>\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\SMCore\log\SMCore_<id>.log:

Connection to <SVM_FQDN> on port 443 for protocol HTTPS timed out
