Issue

Filesystem restore of VMDKs on NFSv4.1 causes the Virtual machine to crash
Error reported in vCenter is
 
The lock protecting /vmfs/volumes/eef2674a-7fa73a73-0000-000000000000/hostname/diskname.vmdk has been lost, possibly due to underlying storage issues. If this virtual machine is configured to be highly available, ensure that the virtual machine is running on some other host before clicking OK.
