  • RDM LUNs

Issue

  • SCW clone operation fails almost immediately with the following error seen in the GUI:

Activity 'QueryHostInformation' failed with error: Could not get the iSCSI initiator.

  • The issue was noted after a SCW plug-in upgrade.
  • The source host disk type uses RDM LUNs.
  • Backups complete successfully; only the clone operation fails.
