SCV does not apply TPS SnapLock-Expiry-Time settings

Issue

Using the new feature in SCV 5.0 to activate TPS with the "locking period".
 
When applying the TPS policy to the Resource Group policy, the backup complete successfully , but there is no value set for the field "SnapLock-Expiry-Time" and this remains blank or "-".
