SCV auditing doesn't show account used to restore to alternative location

Issue

After running a Restore To an Alternate Location (RTAL), the audit log shows only the main Admin to be responsible, e.g. as "DEMO.LOCAL\netapp" user:
2024-01-29 09:24:06.800 scv PENDING [VM_RESTORE] [DEMO.LOCAL\Administrator] Restoring Backup VMFS_Datastores_01-29-2024_06.40.04.0027 to VM
2024-01-29 09:25:48.252 scv SUCCESS [VM_RESTORE] [DEMO.LOCAL\Administrator] Restoring Backup VMFS_Datastores_01-29-2024_06.40.04.0027 to VM
