SCSQL cannot find SCV registered with SnapCenter

Issue

SQL host is not able to locate SCV server that is registered with SnapCenter. This can cause issues with disk enumeration as well as verification or clone operation.

Errors reported in the logs are

Failed to query Host Information,Found Virtual Machine Disks (VMDKs), but failed to resolve the storage footprint since no vSphere host is configured with SnapCenter.
 
Failed to get vmfs datastore name for disk '<disk_uuid>'.
Get VMFS Datastore failed for disk '<disk_uuid>' - exception. reason = Failed to get vmfs datastore name for disk '<disk_uuid>'.
