SCSQL Clone fails in FCI cluster

Issue
- SCSQL clone within the same Windows cluster fails when one of the disks hosting database files has more than one partition.
- SnapCenter clone job logs show the following errors:
SnapManagerWeb_<Job_Id>.log:
