SCO clone "until cancel" complains about a missing archive log

Issue

When creating a clone, the GUI works with no errors, but using the sccli version of this function complains about missing archive log files.  This is more likely to happen if you're recycling the SCO Clone Specificiation file that defines the arguments in XML format.
