Issue

SCO unable to mount clone disk to new host and fails with errors:

Azure.RequestFailedException: Unable to complete the operation. The capacity pool size of 1947292 bytes is too small for the combined volume size of 1978276 bytes of the capacity pool. Make sure that the total size of all the volumes in the capacity pool does not exceed the size of the capacity pool.
Status: 200 (OK)
ErrorCode: BadRequest
