SCHANA plug-in fails discovery with no active tenant databases found on Cockpit

Issue

After adding the SAP HANA Host to the SnapCenter Server Hosts listing, the discovery fails with:
SCC-00164: Application quiesce for the plug-in [hana] failed with exit code [-1] and with error :
    No active tenant databases found.
