Issue

When trying to configure a SC for SAP HANA database, it fails with the following errors in the SnapManagerWeb  log:

Failure in getting storage details: [Unable to get storage details for NASDir : XX.XX.XX.XX:/NFS_XXX Make sure storage system is added in SnapCenter Server.] 

YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss INFO  SnapManagerWeb_XXXXXX PID=[YYY] TID=[ZZZ] Account details: bypassdomain True
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss ERROR SnapManagerWeb_XXXXXX PID=[YYY] TID=[ZZZ] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Hostname is empty.)
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_XXXXXX PID=[YYY] TID=[ZZZ] Host [] resolved to []
