SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL (SCSQL) 4.4P1 and earlier

Issue

When attempting to restore an SQL database to an alternative name, while the target storage does not have enough space, SnapCenter creates the new database reference in SQL without its files, leaving an unusable SQL database behind.

It does this without any errors or warnings in the restore job.
