Oracle backup operation is failing when the database file name includes white spaces

Issue

For non-root user when ORACLE databases file name contains white spaces, the DiscoverOperation encounter issues during the backup operation. The error message
"Backup operation cannot proceed because discovered database files do not exist" is displayed as a result of this issue.
