SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft SQL Server (SCSQL)

Issue

After SnapCenter upgrade from 5.0 to 6.0 SCSQL resource refresh fails with error:

The user 'demo\admin' does not have required permission to connect to the SQL instance 'SQL1'. Error: Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.dll' or one of its dependencies: Access is denied. (0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))"
