How to check Dynamic Port Range for SnapCenter Plug-ins

Description

In order to deploy Plug-ins, SnapCenter will communicate with host over dedicated TCP ports, the requirements are documented in:
SnapCenter Connection and port requirements
Service overview and network port requirements for Windows
 
In some cases the ports might be changed by Internal Group Policy or by a command/registry.
You can manually check which ports are defined as Dynamic Port Range
