  • SnapCenter Server (SC)
  • SnapManager for Hyper-V (SMHV)

Answer

  • Although SnapCenter supports some of the disks presented to a Hyper-V VM, SnapCenter does not have the ability to backup the entire VM. 
  • Currently, backing up the entire VM is only supported in SnapManager for Hyper-V.
