CSNAPC-8841: SnapCenter 6.1 Clone icon Wizard fails to completely open, showing only a white bar

Issue

After selecting a backup from the listing of a resource, pressing the clone icon only shows a white bar and appears to stop there indefinitely:

Going to another section, like Hosts or Job History refreshes the GUI, but shows nothing clone related.
