CSNAPC-12387: Allow SQL Server log backup retention settings to be modified in the Log Backup section

Issue

In the SnapCenter GUI, SQL Server log backup retention settings must be modified in the Full Backup section rather than the Log Backup section. This placement can be confusing when configuring log backup retention.
An enhancement is requested to allow these settings to be modified directly in the Log Backup section.
