Issue

Discovery of databases on new installations can fail when the login script of the account used for the SQL client shows any extra output before the output of the SQL client.
Observed errors/log signatures include:
  • "Unable to parse sql output"
  • "Getting license data failed with exception"
  • HANA SQL query execution succeeds with exitCode:0, but parser fails afterward
  • Additional login banner output appears before expected SQL output in logs

This issue exists since SnapCenter 4.0, specifically with the HANA Plug-in, although most Creator database Plug-ins are part of the Unix/Creator package since 6.0.
