Issue

SnapCenter Host Tech Refresh process fails for a SAP HANA central plug-in host, where no plug-ins are installed on the HANA DB servers, and every HANA resource is manually added on the central host.
The new central plug-in host, with a new name and IP address, is added to SnapCenter, and the HANA plug-ins installed without issue.
When a Host Tech Refresh dry run is launched, it fails with the following:
Invoke-SmTechRefreshHost -OldHostName <old> -NewHostName <new> -IsDryRun:$true -AutoMigrateManuallyAddedResource:$true
The LINQ expression 'DbSet<nsm_sc_pluginresources>()
    .Where(n => n.nsm_HostId == ... && !(n.AutoDiscovered.GetValueOrDefault()) && n.PluginName == "hana")'
could not be translated.

Relaunching the dry run without the "AutoMigrateManuallyAddedResource:$true" option, results in the dry run appearing to completed successfully, however no  resources are discovered:
