CSNAPC-11913: SnapCenter 6.2.2 rejects valid RSA SSH private keys with “Invalid private key file”

Issue

GetRSAKeyDetails treated a private key as valid RSA only when HostKeyAlgorithms were exactly rsa-sha2-512, rsa-sha2-256, then ssh-rsa in that index order. After the SSH.NET upgrade the same three algorithms can be returned in a different order, so a valid RSA key was marked IsValid=false and Add Credentials failed in SSH auth mode. Validation now requires those three algorithm names regardless of order.
