CSNAPC-11759: BNR for Oracle should contain the ability to delete log baclups

In Backup and Recovery for Oracle there should be the ability to delete Log backups on demand under the
Inventory>Protection>Click the three dot icon that is next to the snapshot name>Delete local snapshot

This should be similar to being able to delete snapshots with the Backup type of Data.
