CSNAPC-11522: SC 6.2.1 (and 6.2.1P1) backup schedules won't be created if policy with verification is used

Issue

  • After upgrading SnapCenter from SC 6.1 to SC 6.2.1P1, editing and saving an existing Resource Group creates duplicate entries in the nsm_datasetpolicy table.
  • Each policy has two rows: one with HostId=NULL and one with an actual HostId.
  • A backup schedule trigger is not created in the qrtz_triggers table; only the Verification trigger exists.
  • The Backup trigger is missing, so scheduled backups do not run.
