CSNAPC-11168: Snapcenter should retry 'Add-NcLunMap' when clone fails due to vserver reconfig locking

Issue

When SnapCenter tries to map the LUN from a just created clone the lun-map request can:
a) timeout after 60 seconds (default API storage timeout)
b) fail after 118 seconds with "This Vserver is temporarily locked from changes while recording the configuration baseline. Try again in a few minutes or manually stop configuration replication by running "vserver config-replication pause" and retry the command."
