CSNAPC-10927: SC 6.2 - Clone from backup wizard does not show Igroups of secondary storage

Issue

In the Clone from Backup wizard, the Storage Footprint section does not display igroups from the secondary storage system. 
Only igroups from the source SVM appear, leading to confusion and causing SnapCenter to create an unnecessary default igroup 
on the destination storage during clone operations.
