CSNAPC-10602: [Supportability] In case of WSFC, editing/creating an RG does not render data correctly

Issue

  • Data rendering issue in SnapCenter UI causing confusion to customers as the Resource list is hidden until the down arrow is clicked and data is selected.
  • This issue is not seen during standalone systems while loading DB lists and instances.
  • In the case of WSFC (AG/DAG) the data is not loaded right away, instead the down arrow needs to be clicked for it to show in UI otherwise it is displayed as '0 selected' for items.
