Issue

SnapCenter 6.2 Linux-based deployments fail to execute backups when MetroCluster (MCC) storage connections are configured using cluster management interfaces. The same configuration works successfully on Windows-based SnapCenter Server deployments.
Error:

  • Message: "Could not find valid Storage System for the resource"
  • Error Code: SDError 502
  • Component: SnapCenter Linux Plugin - CreateSnapshot operation
