Issue

When you try to enable debug logging through the VSC VM console, the operation fails with the following error message:

sed: can't read /opt/netapp/vscserver/etc/nvpf-subplugin-vp/log4j.properties: No such file or directory
FAILURE: Fail to update log level to - DEBUG

You previously upgraded to VSC 9.7P2 from VSC 9.6 or earlier.
