ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere: Can't start services after deploying OVA template from Host Client

Issue

After deploying OTV through an ESXi Host Client, you cannot start any OTV services or perform any OTV tasks.

When you attempt to start a service from the OTV Maintenance Console, you see a message similar to the one below:

job for vscserver.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status vscserver.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
Command failed.
