VSC unable to discover AFF aggregates during FlexVol creation

Issue

When provisioning a VVol datastore with new volume creation, the storage capability profile is created with AFF platform type and selected correctly.

But VSC is unable to discover the AFF aggregate which doesn't contain any volumes on them.
