VSC: SVM missing from Storage Systems menu after successful cluster discovery

Issue

After successfully discovering a cluster in VSC, one or more SVMs in the cluster are missing from the VSC Storage Systems menu. In the vSphere Client display, the > symbol next to the cluster name may also be missing.
