Issue

  • After upgrading ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) version 9.13 to version 9.13P2 and opening Web Console, the following message is displayed

VASA Provider and SRA is currently initializing

  • The message is found to be in a hung state as more than (10) minutes have passed
