Prefix length can not be saved when setting up VSC within IPv6 environment

Issue

When changing the IPv6 prefix length in Virtual Storage Console's Network Configuration menu, the change isn't saved.  The following procedure does not work:
 
Example:
  1. Go to network configuration menu and select 2) Change IP address settings
  2. Change the prefix length from default value 128 to 64:

  3. Save all the settings.
  4. Review the network configuration again.  The prefix length shows 128 instead of 64.
