Issue

The ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) Plugin shows the Cluster storage system with status of 'Client Certificate Expired' under status.

In the red section seen in the screenshot below, the message will include the following example: 
Http failure response for https://<vcenterhostname/plugins/com.netapp.vsch5-9.13.0.38237--1380088045/<vcenterIP>-8443/rest
/services/storage-systems
/settings?renewClientCertificate=true&locale=en-US&vCenterUuid=<vCenterUIID>=Unknown%20-%20<vCenterIP>: 500 OK
